สมาคมธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดภูเก็ต ภายใต้การสนับสนุนของ อบจ. ภูเก็ต ได้กำหนดจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและการตลาดขึ้นในงาน SATTE 2020 ณ กรุง Delhi และ Post SATTE 2020 ณ เมือง Kolkata และ เมือง Mumbai โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

ในการนี้ สมาคมฯได้จัดซื้อพื้นที่พร้อมกับจัดให้สมาชิกที่สนใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการขายและการตลาดแล้ว ดังนั้นจึงขอให้สมาชิกที่สนใจ กรุณากรอกใบสมัครและชำระเงินค่าธรรมเนียมเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ได้ที่ทำการสมาคมฯ ถนนเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ร.9 (บายพาส) ในวันทำการ โดยจะใช้ระบบ First Come First Serve หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆภายหลังจากการยื่นใบสมัคร สมาคมฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่คืนค่าธรรมเนียมเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและจะให้ผู้สมัครสำรองเข้าแทนที่

- หน่วยงานที่จะสมัครต้องกรอกรายละเอียดในใบสมัคร (Application Form) ให้ครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์
- สมาคมฯ ขอรับเงินเต็มจำนวน (100%) ภายในวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม 2562 หากท่านไม่ชำระเงิน ภายในวันที่ ที่กำหนด จะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์
- กรุณา Fax 076-610367 หรือส่ง email : info@phukettourrist.comใบเสร็จค่าลงทะเบียนมายังสมาคมฯ เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานการชำระเงิน
- รับจำนวนจำกัดเพียง 15 หน่วยงาน และใบสมัครใช้ระบบ First-Come-First-Served และจะถือว่าใบสมัครสมบูรณ์ก็ต่อเมื่อชำระเงินครบถ้วนเรียบร้อยภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ถ้าผู้ประกอบการที่ลงทะเบียนและชำระเงินค่าลงทะเบียนแล้วประสงค์ที่ถอนตัวหรือยกเลิกไม่ร่วมงานให้แจ้งความประสงค์นั้นเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรแก่สมาคมฯ ภายในวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม 2562
- สมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียน หรือ ไม่อนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อหน่วยงานหากพ้นกำหนด
- มีคนนั่งบูธได้ไม่เกิน 2 คนต่อ 1 บูธ
- สมาคมฯ ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ประกอบการแชร์พื้นที่บูธของท่าน หรือปล่อยเช่าต่อเพียงบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดกับหน่วยงานอื่นใด สมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกหรือปฏิเสธการสมัครของท่านในอนาคต
- หากผู้ประกอบการตัดสินใจไม่อยู่ที่งานจนจบงาน ด้วยเหตุผลใดๆทางสมาคมฯ มีสิทธิ์ที่จะใช้พื้นที่ของผู้ประกอบการตามดุลยพินิจของสมาคมฯ

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING OUR FORM
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- All sections of the application form must be completed.
- The full payment (100%) deadline is October 15, 2019. Any application that is not fully paid within the given deadline is automatically disqualified.
- Once you have paid the contribution fee, please submit an evidence of payment to PTA by Fax 076-610367 or email : info@phukettourrist.com
- For SATTE 2020, only 15 companies are accepted. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.
- Once the registration fee is paid and the participant wishes to withdraw or cancel not attending the event, please notify PTA in writing within October 15, 2019. PTA reserves the right not to refund the registration fee, nor allows any participants to change the exhibitor’s name after October 15, 2019.
- Participants from each company must not exceed two.
- Please be aware that any participants are not allowed to share the table with one or more companies. Also, any participants are not allowed to lease some or the entire part to others. PTA reserves the right to cancel or reject their applications in the future.
- Please send attach the latest PPAO tax receipt along with your application
- Please submit the latest PPAO tax receipt to PTA by Fax 076-610367 or email : info@phukettourrist.com after submitting your online application.
- 7% VAT is not included in the registration fee.
